These terms govern your use of Menu Studio (menustudio.org). By using the service — whether you sign in to build and publish menus, or you browse a published menu and place an order — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Menu Studio.

1. About Menu Studio

Menu Studio is a tool that lets restaurants and cafes (“venues”) build menus, publish a LINE ordering flow, and print menu layouts. We provide the software; the menu content, the goods on offer, the prices, and the fulfilment of any order are the responsibility of the venue, not of Menu Studio. We are not the seller of any item and we are not a party to the transaction between a customer and a venue.

2. Accounts

Menu owners sign in with Google; we do not operate our own passwords. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, and for keeping access to your Google account secure. A published menu is managed by the single owner account that claims it. You must be entitled to act for the venue whose menu you publish or claim.

3. Your menu content and responsibilities

If you publish a menu, you are responsible for the accuracy of everything in it — item names and descriptions, prices, availability, and any allergen or dietary information — and for keeping it up to date. Allergen and dietary fields are claims you make; the absence of an allergen is not a guarantee. You must have the right to use any content you upload, and your menu and the goods it offers must comply with applicable law.

4. Orders and payments

When a customer places an order, the resulting contract of sale is between the customer and the venue. Menu Studio only records the order and helps present it. Payment is completed with a LINE Bill Payment / PromptPay QR code that the customer scans in their own banking app — we do not process, hold, or transfer funds, and we never handle card or banking credentials. Questions about an order, delivery, or a refund are between the customer and the venue.

5. Intellectual property

The Menu Studio software, its design, and the Menu Studio name are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused except as the service allows. You keep ownership of the menu content you create; by publishing it you grant us the licence needed to host, store, and display it to your customers and to operate the service.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Menu Studio for any unlawful purpose, or to sell goods you are not permitted to sell;
• upload content that infringes someone else’s rights or that is false or misleading;
• upload malware, or attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its data;
• misuse another person’s account or claim a menu you are not entitled to.

7. Third-party services

Menu Studio relies on services we do not control — Google for sign-in, LINE for the ordering interface and messages, and your bank and the Thai payment network for QR payments. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

8. Availability and “as is”

Menu Studio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that stored content cannot be lost, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important menu data.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Menu Studio and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profit, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of Menu Studio after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and any dispute relating to them or to your use of Menu Studio is subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
