How slip checks are counted
Only slips that check out
A check is used when a slip is verified and the order is paid. A refused slip (wrong amount, unreadable, used before) costs nothing, and คนละครึ่ง orders paid at your counter never use one.
Free checks every month
Each menu gets 30 free checks a calendar month. They start over on the 1st (Thailand time); unused ones don’t carry over.
Credits work on every menu
Credits belong to your account, not to one menu, and are used only once a menu’s free checks run out. They stay valid for 12 months after your latest top-up.
Ordering never stops
Out of free checks and credits? Customers still order and pay. Their slip is kept for you on your Orders page, where you check it and mark the order paid yourself.
What would it cost you?
Slide to a typical day. Every order paid by QR uses one check. This assumes one menu and a 30-day month.
